NAME & TITLE		BACKGROUND
Mr. C. K. YIM Managing Director (Founder of the Company)		Mr. Yim brought a wealth of experience in all areas of marine engineering and trading with him when he founded Marland Technical Services.  He graduated in Mechancial Engineering at Hong Kong Technical College (later renamed as Hong Kong Polytechnic) and apprenticed at Hong Kong & Whampoa Dock (now Hongkong United Dockyard).  He served with Orient Overseas Container Line Group (OOCL) for 18 years working first as a Ship Repair Manager, then Marine Superintendent, Senior Superintendent and finally Assistant Fleet Manager of the Tanker Fleet.
Mr. K.T. TSANG Director & General Manager		Mr. Tsang firstly worked in the shipyard of the CY Tung Group and was then transferred to Euroasia Shipyard Project Office, the largest ship repairing / oil drilling rigs building yard in Hong Kong.   He was a member of the project team and later the Administration Manager of the shipyard.  He has over 15 years working experience in shipyard operation and project management.  Mr. Tsang is also the Quality Manager of the company and oversees the implementation of the established and approved ISO-9002 quality control system.
Mr. KEN HUI Director & Deputy General Manager		Mr. Hui started his career in Marland Technical Services in 1989 after graduating in Marine Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic.  Concurrent to his duties as Deputy General Manager of Marland Technical Sevices Ltd., Mr. Hui took up the post of General Manager of the Wuxi Haihong Boat Making Co Ltd, responsible for the operation of the whole lifeboat manufacturing plant.
Mr. TONY IP Director & Marketing Manager		Having worked as the Sales Executive for Hongkong United Dockyardand and General Manager of Electech Services (a Wallem Group Company), Mr. Ip has a deep knowledge of the shipping industry and good connections with Hong Kong ship managers and owners.  He joined Marlnad Technical Services in 1997 and is responsible for the marketing of the company's products and services.
Mr. C.C. Yim Sales Manager		After returning to Hong Kong from USA in May 1997, Mr. Yim joined our company to take up the post of Sales Manager, responsible for the purchase and sale of 2nd hand diesel engine parts.
Mr. N. C. HAN Deputy General Manager for Wuxi Haihong Boat-Making		Mr. Han joined the company in 1998 after leaving Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard.  He was the General Manager of Wenchong Marine HKG before joining Marland.  Mr. Han has been working in Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard for over 30 years.  He has been the Chief of the Production Department, Chief of the Estimating Department and Representative of Wenchong Hong Kong Office.  Mr. Han is now stationed in Wuxi boat yard and is responsible for all aspects of lifeboat manufacturing.
